Dr Najat Youssef
Italian-Lebanese Dietician and Biologist, Dr Najat Youssef is European Second Level Master in Health Care Agencies Management and Innovation.
She is also Professor at Università Popolare Medicina degli Stili di Vita Lifestyle Medicine c/o Ascea, Salerno, Italy and Founder of Io e il Cibo, a body composition-based personalised nutrition programme.
Doctor Youssef is also Chief of the Functional Nutrition Section of the International Observatory of Oxidative Stress, a network of around 3,000 scientists from 35 different countries, in particular from Italy and Japan. Doctor Youssef developed in the last 15 years an original integrated, nutritional and psychological approach to healthy eating aimed to prevent and treat many diseases, amongst which: psychiatric and autoimmune disorders, reaching therefore a volume of around 18,000 treated clinical cases.
As an expert of Vectorial Bio- Impedance Analysis (BIVA) and Functional Medicine she was involved as teacher and speaker in many medical conferences and radio-TV shows and has consequently published various academic papers on Clinical Nutrition.
