Dr. Shaw has supervised large endocrinology, nutritional biochemistry, toxicology, and immunology departments in positions at the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and Smith Kline Laboratories in Atlanta, Georgia. As the Director of The Great Plains Laboratory, Inc. in Lenexa, Kansas, he specialises in providing diagnostic tools aiding in the diagnosis and treatment of mental health disorders, mitochondrial disorders, neurological diseases, chronic health issues, and immune diseases.

Prof Giovanni Scapagnini MD PhD
Currently an Associate Professor of Clinical Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at Università of Molise, Italy. He was previously employed as an Assistant Professor at the Blanchette Rockefeller Neurosciences Institute, West Virginia University, Rockville, MD and at the Institute of Neurological Sciences, Italian National Research Council. He also worked as a Visiting Scientist at the NINDS, National Institute of Health, Bethesda, MD, and at the Northwick Park Institute for Medical Research, Harrow, UK. Since 2004, he is a Visiting Professor at the University of Maryland (IHV), Baltimore, MD. Dr. Scapagnini is a founder and member of the Board of Directors of the Italian Society of Nutraceuticals SINUT. His current work focuses on the functional roles of food phytochemicals as redox regulators of aging process.

Kiran Krishnan is a Research Microbiologist. He comes from a strict research
background having spent many years with hands-on R&D in the fields of

graduate research was in the field of in Molecular Biology and Virology.
Kiran established a Clinical Research Organization where he designed and
conducted over a dozen human clinical trials in human nutrition, and he is
also a co-founder in Nu Science Trading, a nutritional technology
development and research company in the food supplement and medical food
markets. Currently, Kiran is acting as the Chief Scientific Officer at
Microbiome Labs. He is a frequent lecturer on the Human Microbiome at
medical and nutrition conferences and he conducts popular monthly health
webinars. He is currently involved in 3 novel clinical trials on probiotics
and the human Microbiome. Kiran brings over 16 years working within the
medical, academic and scientific fields of nutrition.

Dr Avi Roy PhD
Avi is the President of the Biogerontology Research Foundation (BGRF), a UK-based charity founded to support ageing research and address the challenges of a rapidly ageing population. Avi is an Oxford based biomedical scientist, and a Research Fellow at the Institute for Translational Medicine at the University of Buckingham (BITM). Avi's research team at BITM explores the rejuvenation of human skin using small molecules, and identifies accurate biomarkers of aging. His research has resulted in an advanced protocol for screening drugs that have geroprotective properties, which has identified twelve novel geroprotective molecules. Avi and his team at the BGRF are building the open-access infrastructure required to accelerate the translation of regenerative medicine from bench to bedside.
