Phil Hawes, business career was founded in the telecommunications industry in its early days.
Phil was responsible for the introduction of the first approved telephone answer machine which he launched with WH Smith under the brand name "Phonesitter" he then introduced the cordless phone for which he obtained the first ever approval for such a device.
Phil became the Managing Director of Uniden UK Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Uniden Japan and was responsible for concluding a deal with BT whom subsequently launched the cordless phone under their own brands, "Freeway" and "Freestyle". These two products became the largest selling telephones in the UK with sales approaching 50,000 a month at the peak.
Phil also acted as a consultant to BT's mobile phone division in order to launch cellular telephony on behalf of BT.
Phil's was constantly travelling and he realised that his own health was suffering due to bad eating habits and dehydration. Phil initially took an interest in improving his health and decided that he should investigate ways of improving people's health through a basic regime of diet, hydration and exercise. He has done this for over 20 years.
Phil has been responsible for the development of the "Bioage" system using the St Thomas Hospital clinical database. The "Bioage" system is able to compare the Pulse Wave Velocity and compare the results with a clinical database thus enabling an assement of arterial compliance.
He has personally tested over 15,000 individuals and helped many to improve their own health.

He is currently writing another book, "The Essential Role of Flavonoids"
Phil is also studying for a PhD in Nutritional Science. He has given many presentations to many Corporate clients as well as talks to the Academy of Nutritional Science, The British Longevity Society, The College of Nutrition, The Vistage Group and many more.
Phil has also worked with Dr Dorian Dugmore for over 14 years. Dorian is the medical Director for the Premier League Football Managers Ass; as well as Director for Corporate Wellness at St Georges Park. in the Corporate Health arena for the last decade.
Regarding Phi's own health.
Using the St Thomas database Phil has demonstrated that his own Pulse Wave Velocity has reduced to that of a male in his 40's, his actual age is 67. Results available on request.
Phil lost both his Mother and Mother in law to Cancer and has researched extensively the effects of Cannanaboids on Cancer and the Human Endocannanaboid System.
