2011 - Premature Aging and Stress
Our body as we grow older is exposed to a multitude of factors which cause our DNA to work less efficiently and become defective, these produce more inflammation, oxidation and the shortening of our telomeres along with the release of less of our stem cells into our blood .....Resulting in our premature aging.
If we look into the recent advances that have been made in Regenerative Medicine we can see that it is possible to detect, prevent and reverse this early damage to our DNA.
On this Planet Earth we are constantly bombarded with synthetic chemicals, toxic substances, heavy metals, radiation and geopathic stress along with the lack of essential nutrients in our food, imbalances in our intestinal flora, not counting the inner stressors of anxiety, fear and depression these are all contributing factors to our state of survival.
Our body's defenses are activated when we are first conceived but slow down and gradually wear out as we age.
In this lecture we will learn how to improve and take care of our immune system so we can age normally and naturally according to our genetic heritage and not before we should.... prematurely !
